Congrats to Jessika! Our newly crowned Tiny Miss U.S. National
Queen!
Here are her activities as a State Queen:
-Jessika collected
personal items for the homeless, donated them to the
Union Mission of Norfolk.
-She collected diapers, clothing,
blankets, and toys for "Newborns in Need."
-Raised money to purchase 10 Christmas trees for families with disabled
children.
-Collected used cell
phones for military members overseas to assist them in calling
home for the holidays.
-Raised $1,000 and donated
it to Flowers for Heroes. (flowers placed on the
graves of fallen military members)
-Raised money to purchase toys
for two families during Christmas.
-Picked two of her own Christmas gifts and donated them to "Toys for Tots."
-Collected 100 non-perishable food items for the "House of Blessing" food
drive.
-Helped to pass out
information packets to educate the public about the
birth defect Spina Bifida.
-Visited the Veterans Hospital/ Nursing
Home and passed out candy and
memorial Day cards.
- Collected 153 pairs of eyeglasses to donate to "One Sight"
"Jessika has enjoyed
her time as Tiny Miss Virginia. I, as her mother, have
watched her blossom from a shy toddler into an outgoing child."

My Girl U.S.A. would like to thank not only Jessika, but her parents Michael and Angela, who are raising their
daughter to know the meaning of giving back to her community.
